6 Free Emotions Coloring Pages for Kids
Printable feelings coloring sheets for ages 4 to 8. Each drawing comes from a short story where a child meets a big feeling: fear in a storm, worry at bedtime, anger when a friend spoils your work. Free, no sign-up.
Where these stories live
Every drawing here comes from a picture book with a short story to read before coloring.
How these drawings are used
- Print one page, or the whole pack, and color it together on a quiet afternoon.
- While they color, ask what a child in the picture might be feeling, and how your child can tell.
- There is no wrong answer. Say what you see too, with a word like proud, surprised or curious.
- After coloring, read the line at the bottom aloud and ask what they think it could mean.
- In class or at a club: one page per child, then let each child who wants to pick someone in their picture and tell what that child might be feeling.
