Why this page matters
Being brave doesn’t feel brave. It feels like your heart is pounding and your hands are shaking and you do it anyway. They need to hear that from you. Especially the shaking part.
Tell them about a time you were scared and did it anyway. That story will matter more than any pep talk. "I was scared and I did it" teaches more than "don’t be afraid."
